When can I get my Serial Number?
You will get your Serial Number immediately after your payment.
What if I have paid for the program, but still not received the serial number?
Hopefully you've received the Confirmation Email including your SN sent by our Auto Reply Email System within several minutes after your payment. In case you haven't got it in time, it might be blocked by the anti-spam filters. Please check your junk or spam folder. Should you have any further questions, please contact us at msmsupport@coolwaremax.com. We guarantee an answer within one business day at the very most!
What if I lost the serial number?
If you lost your serial number, please do not worry and feel free to contact us to request your original SN. Please provide us with detailed information about your purchase, such as order ID, email address, user name, etc. to msmsupport@coolwaremax.com. We will send you the serial number within 1 business day after receiving your request email.
Is it allowable to use the serial number on two computers?
Please note that one SN could be only used on one computer at the same time. If you want to install it on a second computer, I'm afraid that you should buy a new SN or uninstall the program from the current computer then install it on a new PC and activate it with your SN.
With which versions of Messenger is MSN Slide Max compatible?
MSN Slide Max is compatible with all versions of MSN Messenger and Windows Live Messenger.

Should I edit the pictures first?
MSN Slide Max will automatically resize and edit the picture you add for MSN Messenger and Windows Live Messenger. You can also edit the size, position, brightness and contrast of the picture.
How can I add a personal message to each picture?
If you want to add a message to a picture, just select the picture and type the personal message and search keywords. You can also select a icon for it.
Why doesn't my personal message change?
Please enable "What I'm Listening To" option of MSN Messenger or Windows Live Messenger.
What is the "Random order" option for?
When you enable this feature, your pictures will be displayed in random order on Messenger. Disable this feature if you want them to be displayed in the default order.
How can I change manually my display picture on Messenger?
Just double click the picture you want to display.
How can I remove the watermark on my picture?
You are using a trial version. Please register to remove the watermark.
Why can't I delete the MSN Slide Max logo picture?
You are using a trial version. Please register to delete the logo picture.
Why can't I type my search keywords?
You are using a trial version. Please register to type your search keywords.
